We are delighted to have been announced as winners of the Service Excellence Award at the recent FSB Celebrating Small Business Awards, East Midlands regional finals.
We competed in one of the most popular categories with almost 50 applications received from across the region.
As the largest event of its kind in the small business calendar, the high-profile FSB Celebrating Small Business Awards winners are chosen from across 12 categories to secure a spot at the prestigious UK final and a chance to be crowned the UK Small Business of the Year. It’s an opportunity for widespread recognition. Entrants are judged by a panel of leading business experts with a wealth of experience.
The CaliPro Calibration Management System provides a solution to record the calibration of equipment to UKAS standards and production of certificates, which are made available to clients through an online portal. Included is a Mobile System that enables engineers to complete their calibrations in the field without needing a connection to the internet.
Originally designed for the weighing industry the system continues to be extended, following a modular design to incorporate new calibration types, scheduling and functionality that extends beyond the traditional weighing industry requirements.

The East Midlands winners were announced by Master of Ceremonies and BBC broadcaster Dave Sharpe at a ceremony at the Leicester Marriott Hotel on March 15th.
The National final takes place in Birmingham on 18th May and the CaliPro team is excited to discover if their standards of customer service can be recognised at such a high level.
