3. How much does CaliPro cost?
Pricing depends on many factors, including how many certificates you’re publishing each month, custom requirements, and additional modules. Our pricing is entirely flexible around your business requirements.
4. Should I invest in premium onboarding & go-live support? How much is it?
We also recommend investing in our premium onboarding & go-live support package, which is a one-off fee calculated on your package, the timing of your implementation and the resources you have available internally.
5. How do I know which modules I need?
All optional modules are provided FOC for the first 4 months, allowing you to assess their benefits. Your onboarding specialist will work closely with you during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to identify which modules are likely to be most useful. During each System Review we’ll make recommendations to help you maximise the benefits you receive from CaliPro.
6. What after-sales support do I get?
At CaliPro, our mission is to provide exceptional customer service, which was recognised in 2023 with a national Federation of Small Business Award for Service Excellence.
Our support helpdesk is open Monday-Friday from 9 am – 5 pm. Integrated help pages give detailed instructions, and we provide quick guides in PDF format to help new staff familiarise themselves with regular tasks.
Our packages also include regular system reviews, during which we ensure you have the knowledge needed to use the system to its fullest.
On-site training is also available for purchase.
